• Orders always weigh at least the weight ordered, usually slightly over, and DO NOT include the weight of the packaging.
• We always ship the correct research chemical ordered - we have strict business processes in place to ensure pick errors do not occur.
• We provide a proper phone number and are always pleased to speak to customers or anyone who has an enquiry or business proposition. It never fails to amaze us how many vendors do not provide a proper phone number, and rely on unreassuring website contact forms to enable their customers to contact them.
• We email out the tracking numbers by default each evening for the orders despatched that day (sometimes this might be 8 or 9pm depending on how busy we've been). This is obviously a big overhead on our free time, but we feel it's very important so that customers have confidence that their order has been sent and have visibility of its progress.
• Although our despatch cut off point is officially 15:00, we can sometimes accomodate later orders - if you have an urgent requirement to place an order after this time but before 16.30 please call us and we'll do our best to help.
